Visitor FAQs

Is there a cost to register?

Visitor registration fee is currently US $50.00 per person. Fee includes show Directory and visitor badge that allows entrance into the trade show only during the three days of the event.

How do I register as a visitor?

Qualified visitors may register on-site at the Miami Beach Convention Center or online.

When can I attend as a visitor?

Visitors can walk the trade show floor on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Monday is for conference attendees only and visitors cannot enter.

Can I attend the conference?

You must register for the conference separately, either on site or online. You will receive a conference delegate badge that must be worn to gain entrance into the conference sessions.

Is there shuttle bus service?

Shuttle bus service will be provided on show days from selected hotels to the convention center. Schedules will be posted in the participating hotels.

What is the show attire?

The attire for the exhibition ranges from business to business casual.
