Deliver file and color proof of ad on CD-ROM to CMP Information. Please supply either a high resolution mac based .PDF file with all fonts embedded and file unlocked OR .EPS file  - all type and art supplied and converted to outlines. If artwork supplied does not comply with publication specifications you will incur additional charges. COLOR PROOF REQUIRED or your ad will not be proofed and CMP can not be held responsible for final outcome. Copy cannot be accepted by email.
